Lake Manyara, which packs a lot of diversity into a small area, is the only park in the area that is green all year round. The park also offers a spectacular view of the Great Rift Valley and the fig forest here is a good place to see monkeys and some of the 350 species of birds that have been recorded here. With luck, you may spot the tree climbing lions for which the park is famous.
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti via pre historic site at Olduvai George, the site of Louis and Mary Leakey’s renowned archaeological discoveries. Their findings include some of the man’s earliest known ancestral remains. Afternoon, game drive in Serengeti National Park.

Enjoy full day of game viewing in the vast Serengeti plains where you may encounter the migration consisting of over 2 million animals. They also attract the attention of predators like cheetah and hyena and you may be able to see a band of lions gang up for a hunt.
Depart with picnic breakfast for early morning game drive. After lunch, departure to Ngorongoro Crater rim En-route game drive in Serengeti National Park.

After breakfast, descend to the Crater floor for game drive.

Ascend to the rim and depart for Arusha (B,L)
The Crater is one of the most impressive wildlife areas in Africa and has been designated a World Heritage site. Throughout the year a spectacular parade of animal life may be found within the crater. You are very likely to see black manned lion, the highly endangered black rhino, wildebeest, zebra, elephant, hippo, jackal, and hyena. The birdlife is prolific with flocks of flamingoes on the soda lake as well as other species of water and plains birds.
